Flat located on the 5th floor and equipped with 2 bedrooms (2 x with double bed).  There is a spacious, cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons and sofa bed for 1 person), terrace with splendid sea view, a fully equipped open kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and double washbasin, and the second with a shower and single washbasin. There is a spacious storage room with 2 wardrobes where you can store your suitcases. There is also an extra fridge with freezer and 2 extra chairs. At the back, there is also a small terrace. This residence is very well located, close to shops and public transport.  Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings
