Our self-contained non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house on the outskirts of Arnstadt, in a traffic-calmed residential street. Here, at the foot of the vineyards, stands the namesake of our holiday home, the "Giant Spoon," a well-known and popular Arnstadt landmark. The sunny location of the house with its romantic, unobstructed view of the Wachsenburg as well as the cozy furnishings of the holiday apartment offer relaxation and unwinding at any time of the year. The old town is conveniently reachable within a 15-minute walk, and it is only a stone's throw to nature, which, with its graceful landscape and gentle hills in the castle triangle "Drei Gleichen," invites you to hiking, cycling, and other sports and leisure activities. Experience romantic summer sunsets at the Wachsenburg from the windows of the holiday apartment!

It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV on the sofa (flat-screen with satellite reception), listen to music, or enjoy the unique, unobstructed view of the Eulenberg, the Eichfeld, and the Wachsenburg Fortress. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and filter coffee machine, as well as everything you need to cook for yourself on holiday. The bathroom with a window has a shower and a washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. A baby high chair can be provided on request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodation.

Freundliche & herzliche Gastgeber, großzügige Wohnung, renoviert, sehr sauber, gute Aussicht. Wir waren zwar anlassbedingt nur eine Nacht da, aber können uns auch mal einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen. Die Lage ist gut für Wanderungen, zum Stadt-Zentrum braucht man aber doch ein Auto.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick auf die Wachsenburg. Die Familie Töpper ist sehr zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich einfach willkommen.
