The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in the ski resort Le Lioran, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Calm and change of scenery assured, we are waiting for you!

The flat, in duplex, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room with shower and WC

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)

The flat is ideally located in Laveissière, on the resort of Le Lioran, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski rental, market...

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation has a private ski locker.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
