The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and a Smart TV, a utility with freezer and washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and a selection of games, and a conservatory with hot tub. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, a ground-floor single, and a family room, serviced by a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and barbecue, and a private driveway for six cars. Lockable bike storage. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Tixall Manor Farm is a delightful abode for a large group break to Staffordshire. Absolutely spot on rental for my family, the kitchen is massive and the hot tub inside is brilliant. The owner popped in every day to sort the hot tub out, she is a warm and welcoming person. Would recommend this property, detached and set on its own ideal for a loud family like us.

We had a fab time at the house, which was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. The location is brilliant for young families, the garden space was great for entertaining children and the dog. Teresa is clearly very dedicated to keeping her guests tended to and would discreetly tend to the hot tub daily for us without us even knowing she was there. We will happily come back again one day!
