Elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on the first floor of a beautiful Casa-Palacio on Calle Abades, right in the heart of Santa Cruz, the most historic and charming neighborhood in Seville’s city center.
The building features an elevator with direct access to the apartment entrance for added comfort and accessibility. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall leading to a bright, stylish living room, tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and classic design, offering a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and opens onto a private terrace, which is also accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The terrace is large and furnished with outdoor garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an al fresco meal in a private, peaceful setting. The apartment features three bedrooms: - Two with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). - One with two slightly wider single beds (105 x 200 cm). There are two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and the other with independent access. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Cathedral, La Giralda, the Royal Alcázar, and many other landmarks.
Santa Cruz is a mostly pedestrian area filled with narrow historic streets, palatial homes, churches, and hidden gems. In the surrounding area, you’ll find local grocery stores, shops, and a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best of Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine. The apt is in a fantastic location - short walk to everything. It is large and clean and comfortable and quiet. The road is very narrow, but we took a taxi from the train.
