Welcome to our charming house in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideal for a family of five. With its two comfortable bedrooms and bright 50 m² accommodation, you'll find here all the comforts you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Our house is equipped with a beautiful terrace and small garden, giving you an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun. You'll also benefit from off-street parking in the same building, for easy and convenient parking.
Located just under a km from the town and supermarket, you'll have all amenities within easy reach. The large sandy beach is just 900m away, allowing you to enjoy the ocean and the sun.

It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, a bedroom (bed 140), a shower room with shower and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with 2 BZ-type sofas and a 90cm-wide bed. For barbecue evenings, you can take advantage of the garden furniture, the large terrace and the barbecue.
