Ideally located in the very popular and lively district of Pontaillac, you will enjoy a dream location just 150 metres from the beach and nearby shops: a bakery for fresh morning croissants, a pharmacy, restaurants and even the casino for those feeling lucky! Nestled on the 2nd floor (no lift), this studio features a comfortable living area with a Rapido-style sofa bed (140 cm) and a single bench bed (90 cm), opening onto a small west-facing balcony offering breathtaking views over Pontaillac beach. (Please note: the balcony does not allow space for a table, but the view more than makes up for it!) The kitchenette, practical and functional, is fully equipped: electric 4-burner hob with oven, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and table-top refrigerator.
A shower room with washing machine and WC completes this cosy seaside retreat.
The cherry on the cake: you will also benefit from a private parking space within the residence.
