Casa Sotavento is a beautifully designed, new holiday home in a fantastic scenic location – it offers a comfortable, peaceful family holiday between the pool and the beach near Conil.
Nothing is missing here – from the sparkling pool and internet access to the air conditioning, everything is there that a holidaymaker could wish for.
All windows have mosquito screens, including the sliding doors in the living room. Details: Living room with a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, TV with Spanish and international satellite programs, air conditioning 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.50 cm wide, one with 2 single beds 0.80 cm wide Bathroom with shower Kitchen open to the living room with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, large refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils Covered terrace (the covering is not yet visible in the photos), garden grill with a washing facility, garden table and chairs, sun loungers Access is via a large rolling gate.
A parking space on the property is available. Registration Number: VTAR/CA/02352 Our prices are all-inclusive. Included: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, WiFi internet (if available), bed linen and towels (no beach towels), and the final cleaning. Schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen. Hilfsbereite Verwalterin, die immer ansprechbar war. Küche war mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Frühstücken. Außen Grill war super. Kleiner Garten der für uns mit 2 Personen und Hund ausreichend war.
Das war unser erstes Haus in dem die Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattete war (z.B. 2 Töpfe). Toaster war defekt. Kamin musste erst von Vogelnestern befreit werden, aber dann lief er. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Verwalterin und den Schornsteinfeger über die schnelle Hilfe. Vielleicht sollte man doch mal...
