Casa Francis-1 is a well-equipped and well-maintained house near the beach of Fuente del Gallo.
The house, garden and pool are ideal for a perfect family holiday. House details: - Large living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, TV with Spanish and international satellite channels, fireplace and air conditioning - Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils - 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 cm) and two with twin beds each (90 cm wide) - 2 bathrooms, one with a shower (en suite in the master bedroom) and one with a bathtub The house measures approx. 90 sqm - The plot measures approx. 500 sqm. A built-in barbecue is also available. The veranda in front of the house is equipped with a table and chairs; loungers for 4 people are available. The pool measures 8 x 3.5 m; the pool area is fenced for the safety of children. The entrance to the property is through a large sliding door; there is ample parking on the property for at least 2 cars. The distance to a small shop and a restaurant (on the campsite) is approx. 400 meters, the distance to the beach of Fuente del Gallo, restaurant and shop is 1000m, and the distance to the beach of Puntalejos is 800m. Wir hatten im September für 22 Tage Francis 1 gebucht. Super Vermieter, alles gepflegt und sauber. Wenn irgend was
war konnte ich ihn über WhatsApp
erreichen und er hat sich dann darum
gekümmert. Immer wieder gern würden wir Francis 1 buchen.

Hemos pasado 10 días ahora en julio y nos ha encantado la casa. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. La piscina muy agradable. La casa es muy bonita en general. Está en una zona tranquila, hay que coger el coche. Como sugerencia pondría algún tipo de toldo o techado para proteger el coche del sol ya que le da todo el día. Por lo demás de 10!

La casa está fenomenal. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar muy como tú estancia. Francis muy amable en todo momento..cómo sugerencia diría que algún ventilador para las habitaciones para cuando hay ola de calor y algo de sombra para el coche. Si vuelvo a Conil repetiré sin duda
