This beautiful and charming property is located in the Pollensa countryside, a short drive from the old town.
Entrance gates lead you along a private driveway to this cottage-style house. Upon entering the property, you'll notice it has a welcoming atmosphere.
The lounge features two lovely comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. From the central hallway, you can access the kitchen, which is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc. The kitchen leads to a dining area with modern furniture; a large full-length window and the door lead to a side patio.
From here, you can also access the laundry room with a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is also a suite, a private lounge area with a sofa leads through to a double bedroom and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Fantastic house, the pool was nice and clean and the house offers everything you need during the holiday.
We would upgrade the gate so it would open automatically with a remote from inside the car.

Lovely surroundings and pool area. Views down to Alcudia bay were lovely. House well set up and spacious enough for 6.
During storms the house was not water tight with multiple roof and window leaks. The lane up to the house was also very bumpy and needing a new layer of gravel. Due to the location...
