Inside, you will find well-presented, open-plan living space complete with a fully-fitted kitchen, where you and your loved ones can prepare meals together to be enjoyed at the dining table or perched on the large corner sofa whilst you watch a film or two on the Smart TV. As the evenings grow darker, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple on the furnished balcony before retreating to one of three, plush bedrooms, including a king with en-suite shower where you an refresh and rejuvenate as your prepare for your well-earned slumber. The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one which comes with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom.. And a single bed .Outside, there is a gravelled area with furniture to the side of the property, along with off-road parking for six cars. Within 2.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.3 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£20 charge per week for 2nd dog). No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Bring your loved ones for a memorable escape to Valley Lodge. Note: There is an unfenced stream close to the property with a steep slope leading to the river, please make sure children and dogs are supervised at all times. Note: There are steps leading up to this property that may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted at this property.
Note: This lodge is not on a site, it is on its own in approximately half an acre of land, fenced off for dogs. This lodge was a lovely secluded little gem not far from Tiverton. If you crave getting away from it all, this is the place for you. All on one level, open plan, spacious and with one of the best master bedrooms I've ever seen..it had the most lovely balcony where you could sit and look at the strea...
