Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Orcières, this charming apartment sight on the mountains, with accessible ski station with foot, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², open kitchen equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 12 m² with a pull-out bed (2 beds), TV, Wifi, and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A room with a Queen-Size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony of 5 m² and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
Common area :
- Shared swimming pool of 11 m x 5.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.70 m, heated, to safety standards.
The swimming pool is open from the first week of December to the end of April and from mid-June to mid-September. Opening dates are not binding.
The apartment is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. Close to all essential shops and in the center of the resort.
Activities :
Winter sports: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snow scooter, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities.
Wellness: swimming pool, disco, cinema...
Thrills: parachutes, zip line, tree climbing...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, two possibilities :
- Garage: a private covered and numbered parking space for any type of vehicle.
- Parking: a private and numbered covered parking space suitable for S.U.V. (spacious space).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap located at about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, 2.5 hours away by car.
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for free. Only one pet allowed per stay!
- A laundry room is available in the building with washing machine and dryer.
- The residence is secured by codes at all entrance doors and common accesses.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the apartment for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for all children's swimming. Opening dates of the swimming pool area are not binding.

Appartement bien situé, accessible très facilement.
Un peu sombre,peu d ensoleillement.

Très bon séjour dans un logement qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.
La description et les photos du logement correspondent en tous points.
Les 3 points forts sont:
-Le garage en sous-sol
-L'emplacement du logement très central dans la station
-L'accès direct aux pistes via un escalier depuis le local à skis
