The cottage is presented as follows:
- On the ground floor: a veranda with dining area and living room, a kitchen with living room area and a toilet.
- On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 160 cm bed), with adjoining shower room and toilet.
Outside: an enclosed courtyard of 60m² with terrace of 30m². Close to gîte 56G16992 with shared parking and the owner's house.
There is a public electric charging station 100m from the gîtes. The small sea of Gâvres, one of the most beautiful sites on the Breton coast, with its sand dunes suitable for swimming is very close. 5 minutes away, discover the Ria d'Etel, a real small inland sea, with its wild beaches, marshes and lagoons.

Accueil très agréable. Logement très bien agencé, avec beaucoup de goût. Endroit calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants et expliquent avec soin ce qui peut être fait dans le coin. Accès en vélo sur de très nombreux lieux. Très bonnes vacances sur la Ria. A decouvrir. Logement pour 2 plus que parfait.
