Residencial Dorasal is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, beachfront (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand.
There is no elevator.
It offers a play area with swings, a swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's puddle, and 2,000 m2 of garden areas.
Just 25 meters away, there is a multi-sport area and a grove with swings for the little ones. This is a ground-floor apartment with a spacious northwest-facing terrace (with awnings) that has access to a private garden and an exit to La Costera street from the garden.
The apartment comprises a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower).
The master bedroom has a small additional terrace.
Air conditioning is available in the living-dining room and the master bedroom; the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment accommodates 6 people.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom).
A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided you request it in advance and have previously paid the deposit.
Check-out and vacating of the accommodations must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you have two options to cover potential damages: either pay a deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped virgin beach, is an experience not to be missed due to its environmental and ecological significance, serving as a nesting site for birds and home to native plants.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, sea channels, and rivers.

Primera línea de playa y acceso independiente, muy fresquito el apartamento hay bastante corriente sobre todo para los días de calor, garaje para guardar el coche y una piscina increíble.

Es un apartamento con mobiliario tipico de playa que cumple su función y con una ubicación inmejorable aunque las ventanas habría que cambiarlas porque los cierres y las persianas están muy deteriorados por el paso del tiempo y el clima.
No obstante contactamos con Serviplaya y al día siguiente aunque era festivo, el personal de mantenimiento intentó buscar la mejor solución.
