This wonderful home in Playa del Inglés offers space for up to 10 adults.
The upper floor offers a bedroom with a double bed, access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace.
On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, separate from the fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a pantry, and the living room with access to the terrace.
The terrace with its dining area is exclusively for guests of this accommodation and opens onto the communal garden.
The garden has a pool, which is also for communal use and ranges in depth from 0.5m to 2.0m.
From October 1st to May 31st, the pool is heated.
The house has private parking for 4 vehicles.
No parties, events, or celebrations of any kind are permitted in our accommodations.

Ligging van het huis is geweldig aan de boulevard met eigen parkeerplaats. Veel ruimte. Zwembad die je overigens moet delen met andere huis.
Dat er geen zelfstandig toilet is. De slechte matrassen van sommige bedden. Bedden waren opgemaakt alsof wij stelletjes waren. Eigen keuze van de indeling werd daardoor voor ons gemaakt. Dit hebben we aangepast met goedkeuring van de eigenaar. Beetje gek er zijn 5 slaapkamers !
Wasmiddel moesten we zelf kopen. Karig setje handdoeken voor 1 week.
