Welcome to Haus "Kaiser Franz" – Your Retreat at the Foot of the Mountains
Our cozy house is quietly located on the outskirts of Krün, just a stone's throw from the Isar river, offering you the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences in nature.
Hiking trails begin right outside your door, and in winter, the cross-country ski trail for the Hofgarten circuit passes by in close proximity.
Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and experience a relaxing stay in an idyllic environment.
Despite the quiet location, you are quickly in the village center of Krün and can use all the amenities the village has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our house soon! Your Family Frühauf Payment is made in cash on site or by online bank transfer. A prepayment of 30% of the total price may be charged after booking. Cancellation fees of up to 80% will apply. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Earlier or later arrivals are possible by arrangement. Departure is possible until 9:30 AM. Later departures are also possible by arrangement. Key handover is done in person or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed.
We are a non-smoking house. Baby cot/extra bed available upon request. A local tourist tax is charged separately on site. Included services: Bed linen, towels, dish towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, welcome drink. Basic supplies: toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels. Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, we will gladly try to arrange an earlier check-in for you. Just let us know!
