Sandbanks is a ground floor apartment located on the waterfront in Deganwy, situated between Conwy and Llandudno.
This two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes and the local train station.
The Wales coastal path, which connects Conwy to Llandudno's west shore and the rest of the coastline, is also easily accessible.
The apartment boasts stunning views of the sea, Conwy mountain and puffin island from both the garden and lounge, offering an ideal setting for enjoying summer sunsets.
The ground floor apartment is exquisite and consists of a double room, as well as a single room with a 4ft wide bed suitable for a child.
It also comprises a family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, and a large lounge diner with beautiful views of the garden, sea, Conwy mountain, and Anglesey's distant shores.
The kitchen leads to a small utility room and a comfortable rear yard and sitting area.
The rental facilities comprise of a range of amenities such as a refrigerator, a small freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a TV, a DVD player, an electric fire, Wi-Fi connectivity, and there is secure storage for bicycles, and outdoor furniture for the enclosed garden and courtyard.
Bed linen and towels are also provided and the rental property has one off-road parking space available.
Please note there are a few steps within the property and due to the layout there is no space for a cot so a maximum of 3 people can stay including any infants.
