On the ground floor: a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge, a laundry room with sink and a separate WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140X190 bed, a bedroom with three 90X190 beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Parking on the property. Ideally located 15 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne and 25 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, the lodgings of the Ouche farm are an excellent base for discovering Haute -Brittany.
These adjoining character gites in local stone and exposed beams have been fitted out in an old farmhouse.
You will be seduced by the conviviality of their interior and exterior spaces, arranged and equipped for a great comfort of stay in a magnificent rural setting.
Each has a private outdoor space facing south-west, with garden furniture (dining table and small lounge), a barbecue and deckchairs.
You can also enjoy a shared garden and thus enjoy the vegetable garden, the orchard and a pétanque court.
Depending on the season, you can pick vegetables and aromatic plants from the squares and pick up fresh eggs from the two hens in the henhouse.
