This holiday accomodation in Sardinia can accomodate up to five people and consists of two floors.
On the lower floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a little kitchen, and access to a large terrace with a beautiful sea view, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea while savoring delicious grilled meat.
The upper floor features the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three single beds—a bathroom with a shower, and a second spacious terrace with a sea view.
The swimming pool area is accessible from the lower floor and is equipped with chaise-longues for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.
The property includes a private parking space for our guests.

This holiday house is located on the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso. The nearest airports and ports are in Olbia which is in 85 km or in Alghero 95 km.
Casa Rosa Rossa is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea.
This small villa is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea and for those looking for a cozy Sardinia villa rental.
It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia.
Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has a magnificent sea-view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. This small villa is located not in front of the pool but about 25 meters from it which is perfect for those looking for more privacy.

Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road connecting Santa Teresa di Gallura to Isola Rossa.
The nice village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms carved by wind and crystal clear waters.
The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Costa Paradiso, jeden Tag wahnsinnig schöne Sonnenuntergänge der Strand Li Cossi ist ein Traum! Wenn man wandern gehen wollte, konnte man zum Strand Tissari wandern, man fühlt sich sehr sicher in der Ferienanlage, wir wurden von Ria sehr gut betreut

The location is excellent, and it is quiet. It has typical Italian style and flair. Clean and highly recommended. Unfortunately, the mobile phone reception is only available in certain areas.
