Très bIen situé proche commerces et port, parking privé. Petite terrasse agréable.
Travaux avec marteau piqueur toute la journée juste en face, canapé peu confortable, porte escalier avec ressort très ferme difficile d'empêcher de claquer. Manque de plats et de saladiers OK. Machine à laver le linge capricieuse impossible à ouvrir sans refaire des essorages. Un peu cher pour mi juin.

Manque flagrant de couverts ce qui fait que même à deux nous sommes obligé de faire tourner le lave vaisselle tous les jours. C est un peu bête....
