Casa Ferrari is a historic house in Varenna with a splendid lake view, located a stone's throw from Lake Como. Recently renovated, the style of the period has been deliberately maintained to give a touch of originality both in the architectural style, with the vaulted ceiling of the large living room, and in the furnishings. The house is the right blend of old and new. The large spaces, the wonderful lake views offered by the many windows and the central location make it just what you would want in Varenna!

Casa Ferrari is arranged on three floors. The living area on the first floor consists of a large living room with decorative fireplace, comfortable sofa beds, dining table where you can enjoy the excellent Italian cuisine, small balcony overlooking the lake with table and chairs for sipping a glass of wine at sunset, bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC and fully equipped modern kitchen.

On the second floor there is a small study with table where you can relax reading a book and looking at our lake and large double bedroom. The "gem" of the house is the third floor, an attic loft with exposed wooden roof, an ideal place to enjoy the lake view relaxing on the comfortable sofa beds and admiring the colourful sunsets typical of Varenna and Lake Como.

The house has: WIFI, TV, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and everything you need for full use.
