Unique one-bedroom apartment, where every detail is provided for a holiday, located in an ideal place for relaxation, in the heart of Altea, just 15 minutes (850 meters) from the public beach of La Roda.

On the narrow streets in the Old Town there are numerous workshops and boutiques of artists, designers, ceramics specialists, jewelry shops, bars and restaurants, cozy terraces of pastry shops.

Altea is rightfully considered the most beautiful city of the Costa Blanca: its location on a hill, paved paths and stairs (it is believed that the longest of them has about 250 steps) leading to the top, where its symbol, Catholic, rises above the city with blue-white glossy domes Church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo. The old part of the city is located around this church, on the slopes of the hill. Locals appreciate the uniqueness of the place, you will be impressed by gardens planted with ficuses, palm trees, flowering plants, windows and doors of houses decorated with love.

There are two types of apartments available for booking.

Altea Soul Apartments is a two-level apartment, designed in a modern style, taking into account the uniqueness of the place, high-quality eco-friendly materials, exclusive authentic decor, twisted staircase. On the first spacious floor with a single space there is a sleeping area (double bed, bunk bed), a sofa bed in the salon - a seating area, a kitchen and a dining area, a separate spacious bathroom with a shower. On the top floor there is a spacious terrace with wicker furniture and fantastic views of the tiled roofs and the white streets of Altea. The apartments are ideal for a family of 4. Upon request, it is possible to provide a baby cot (for a child up to 3 years).

Altea Art Apartments is an apartment designed in a modern bright style, taking into account the uniqueness and theme of the place, high-quality eco-friendly materials, exclusive decor. The apartment consists of a bedroom (double bed, work area), sofa bed in the living room - sitting area, kitchen and dining area, separate spacious bathroom with shower. The apartments are suitable for a family of 4. Upon request, it is possible to provide a baby cot (for a child up to 3 years).

The apartments are equipped with bedding, towels, basic hygiene products.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle.

Cleaning and transfers are available upon request.

The area where the apartments are located is convenient for young active people to relax, there are many places of entertainment nearby, for families with children, the developed infrastructure meets both the needs of parents and children, and is also suitable for a relaxing pastime.

Amusement parks (Dinopark), water parks (Aqua Natura, Aqualandia), zoos (Terra Natura, Mundomar), karting, circus, musical show (Benidorm palace), historical sights, a port from where you can take boat trips (including private walks), many restaurants for every taste, a casino.

It is convenient to move around the nearby towns by train (route Alicante - San Juan - Villajoyosa - Altea - Calpe - Denia).
