ROOF WORK IN PROGRESS CAUSING NOISE DURING THE DAY Cosy 2 rooms fllat located in Clichy 5 minutes train from Paris Saint Lazare (galeries Lafayette, Printemps... ) Also 8 min train from la Défense (Business area) The building is not always tidy in the common parts but the Flat is clean and cosy.

Thé other inhabitants are very quiet and the place is safe. In summer if you open the Windows you will hear the trains.

Personnaly it does not disturb me but at least you have to know it. If you close the windows you will not hear them. The flat is very well located 5 min from Paris Saint Lazare. (Galeries Lafayette) La Défense (business and Big shopping district) is also very near. 8 min by train The train station is just beneath the flat (2 min walk). Métro station line 13 is 8 min walk. You have a market n Clichy or in Levallois Perret several times a week. You also have many suoermarkets and restaurants around. So Ouest a nice and big shopping mall in Levallois is juste 10 min walk. In summer you will find terrasses all around where you can have a fresh drink and also happy hours ;)) If you like it also you have péniches like "le Rosa bonheur" a few steps away to have lunch dinner or to take a drink. If you look well from the window in the kitchen you will see the top of the very famous Eiffel Tower ;)) which you will probably go and visit during your stay If you are coming for business you have many companies like L'oréal, Banks and other headquarters of major companies either in Clichy or Levallois. The biggest business district of Europe "la Défense" is direct from the flat by train only 8 min. Enjoy your stay !
