Bathroom equipped with a large shower, separate WC, 3 bedrooms: - A 140 x 190 bed - Two 90 x 200 beds - A 160 x 200 bed and a desk area From the living room, access to a terrace and a balcony. Exteriors: private wooded park of one hectare partly enclosed, private path in the woods.
On-site parking Baby equipment: Cot, bath and high chair. Charges on meter reading.
Internet access via fiber. Optional from 17/04/23: Private indoor 5-seater spa, fitted out in an independent glazed room and accessible from the outside, available all year round.
Rates for a stay of 2 to 3 nights: €100 and for a stay of 4 to 7 nights: €150. Unobstructed view of the garden. Spacious and comfortable rental, very pleasant thanks to the unobstructed view in all the rooms.

At the detour of the park and the private road, you can observe wildlife in peace.

Gîte très agréable, propre,bonne literie; tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner.Un très grand terrain dont ,malheureusement nos petits enfants n ont pas pu trop profiter en raison de la pluie. Mais le jacuzzi était là pour nous occuper.Des propriétaires sympathiques.On a envie d y revenir...

Logement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont charmants et le logement propre et très agréable. Le terrain et l'environnement sont apaisants. La literie est très bonne et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour charentais !
