This nice studio apartment is ideal for a couple, located on the ground floor with a covered terrace, overlooking our pond and garden.
Equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, central heating, satellite TV and free WiFi internet access. Cooking pots, glasses, cups, dishes, coffee machine, grill. (Washing machines, hairdryer, and iron available upon request) The property is fenced.
The holiday home is located in a small Croatian town in the south of Istria. Banjole is surrounded by lush green nature and pine trees.
Banjole is known for its numerous outdoor activities and for gourmets. Not far from our house is the ancient city of Pula, which enriches the aspect of the city and its history through the meeting of different cultures.
This holiday home, with a view of a beautiful garden, is perfect for a holiday with the whole family or as a couple.
It is located 400 m from the beach and only a ten-minute drive from the city of Pula. There you will also find numerous restaurants and inns.
Banjole is located between Pula, Medulin, and Premantura, in the southernmost part of the Istrian peninsula, surrounded by small beaches, away from heavy traffic; it is a paradise for families and for all those who want to switch off from everyday life.
On the outskirts of the Pula district lies Banjole with numerous beaches, inviting you for swimming and hiking in the summer.
Whether it's an excursion to the surroundings or a trip to the nearby area, many sights and excursion destinations are easy and quick to reach. The recreational offerings are very diverse and provide numerous attractions for young and old.
