Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

About Sevrier:


The Villa is located just a 3-minute walk from the edge of Lac de Sevrier, close to numerous sporting activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, cycle path, pedal boat hire, boats,.


Nearby numerous shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy, etc.)


"Sevrier is a town on a human scale at the gateway to Annecy and its surrounding area. Nestling between the pristine waters of the lake and the verdant slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a wide range of pleasures: water sports with its many water sports activities (the beach and the recently refurbished harbour area), cycling with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.


As far as water sports are concerned, the town was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label in 2013 (extract from the annecy tourisme website).

- Cycling (the cycle path is accessible from the flat)

- Hiking: Mont Veyrier, La Tournette or the Cascade d'Angon

- Paragliding: you'll have the chance to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: daily spectacle guaranteed!

- Mid-mountain walks from Montmin (15mns), Mont Veyrier (10mns), Parmelan or La Clusaz (20mns)

- Summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- An adventure park at Talloires (15mns) or Tamié (40mns)
