This very exclusive detached chalet is located right by the lift to a beginner's slope in Hinterlengau itself. The chalet features a private wellness area where you can relax, an indoor garage with 2 parkings, a carport with 2 parkings, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room in atmospheric Alpine character with plenty of space and luxury. From the very generous balcony you can enjoy the wonderful views. Extra cleaning and linen change for more than 7 nights is mandatory
The free ski bus takes you to the vast and famous Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area. Tobogganing, winter hiking and cross-country skiing are other winter activities you can do in the immediate vicinity. In the other seasons of the year, a holiday in this region is also well worthwhile. Discover unspoilt nature during a beautiful hiking or cycling trip. Brave the mountains on a mountain bike or admire the landscape from a bird's eye view while paragliding


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
