It comprises a pleasant 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a TV area, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Outside, you'll also find a 420 m² garden, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.

The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : In the surrounding area, in Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, you'll find a variety of beaches, hiking trails (GR34), as well as sporting activities: dinghies, catamarans, sand yachting, kitesurfing, kayaking, coastal longe, diving, paragliding, Accrobranches, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, horse riding. The Sables d'Or beach is 1.6 km away (access on foot or by bike). Public transport : - You can park directly on the plot in front of the garage or in front of the gate. - Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 20 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Das Haus wird von der Agentur Cocoon.fr sehr professionell verwaltet, daher war die Kommunikation, Empfang, Sauberkeit und Zustand der Liegenschaft einwandfrei. Dusty, unserem Hund, gefiel das Grundstück sehr gut.
Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand, den beiden Terrassen und dem Balkon hat uns sehr...
