The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1900, was renovated in 2012 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday resort, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard.

The complex consists of the main house and the summer house, both renovated. UMBPER179 (8 people) and UMBPER181 (4 people) are located in the same building. Agriturismo in the heart of Umbria, less than a kilometer from Torgiano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport.

La padrona di casa è molto cordiale e disponibile, fornisce gratuitamente ottima verdura e frutta fresca e tutti i principali servizi sono molto vicini alla struttura, incluso un ristorante molto buono
Forse nella camera padronale andrebbe installato un condizionatore perché con il caldo forte il ventilatore non è sufficiente.
