The living area includes a sofa bed, an armchair, a music system, and an LCD TV, offering a lovely view of the Baltic Sea from the large furnished balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4 ceramic cooktops, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
A separate dining table comfortably seats 4 guests.
The contemporary bathroom is separate from the toilet area.
For families, a high chair and a travel cot are provided. Guests can park in their own underground parking space (height clearance of approximately 180 cm) and store bicycles in the bike cellar.

Strand, Bäcker, Restaurants und kleine Läden in ein paar Schritten erreichbar.
Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee!
Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht!
Eine schön gelegene Wohnung. Es sind einige Möbelstücke schon recht in die Jahre gekommen... aber alles funktionstüchtig.
Alles in allem trotzdem sehr gut.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die zentrale Lage und auch der seitliche Mehrblick.
Ebenfalls die kurzen Wege zum Bäcker und den Restaurants und Cafés.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.
Auch aus der Tiefgarage gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Treppenhaus, sondern man muss erst nach draußen und dann in das Treppenhaus.

Die Lage
Leider war die Wohnung doch sehr alt eingerichtet und vermutlich nicht ganz so regelmäßig in der Vermietung. Da da müsste halt halbjährlich mal eine komplette Reinigung vorgenommen werden.
