This house is easily accessible and has the advantage of being 12 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim - and its beaches - and the A28 highway that connects Porto to Caminha. It is 12 km from Barcelos. Apúlia beach is 5 km away.

Isolated location, next to a pond with ducks, frogs and various birds. Typical village noises, dogs, cats, etc. Tractors. Normal rural smells.
No charging of electric cars or motorhomes allowed.
No parties allowed.
