The holiday home consists on the ground floor of a living room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room and the lounge, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is a separate toilet with a washbasin as well as two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, a shower and a sink. Outside you will enjoy an enclosed garden as well as a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. The cottage is located on a plot of 390 m2. You benefit from a private parking space at the back of the cottage. The living room on the ground floor is heated by the pellet stove. The bedrooms and the bathroom are heated by electric radiators. Additional bedding possible on request from the owner. In South Brittany, Muzillac is a small village located between the sea and the countryside about twenty minutes from Vannes. You will find many trails including the GR34 and a cycle path that will take you to the charming beach of Pen Lan. From the rental you are only a 10-minute walk from the town, shops and the market taking place on Friday mornings.
During your stay you will be close to the beaches of Damgan and Billiers, La Roche Bernard with its river port and historic city center (14 km), Rochefort en Terre classified among the most beautiful villages in France (20 km) or the Brière Regional Natural Park (22 km).
