Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: Entrance hall accessible from the back of the house leading to a large bathroom (walk-in shower), a toilet, a laundry room.
Large living room with well-equipped fitted kitchen, separate lounge. 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (1 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 90x190 bed) and 1 bedroom (2 80x200 beds that can be twinned), bathroom (shower) and 1 toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) and 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), 1 bathroom (basin cabinet and toilet). Courtyard closed in front with terrace, large courtyard in the back and land under development.
Large hangar at the back to park vehicles. In the countryside, in a small residential area but only 800 m from the sea, the Ker Lodenna gîte has everything to seduce families wishing to discover the Côte de Goëlo: beautiful interior volumes, trendy decoration, comfortable equipment and excellent bedding...And its little extra? the living room table that turns into a pool table: very pleasant to liven up your evenings.
The inner courtyard in front, well sheltered, will be appreciated for your relaxing breaks, after having hiked in the surroundings.
Joggers and walkers will be delighted: the GR34 is nearby, the sea 800 m away.
The 1st beaches, those of Launay and that of La Trinité are 4 km away.
The pier for Ile de Bréhat is just 2.5 km away: you can even walk there; count 25 min. And there, you will discover the magnificent Ile aux Fleurs, the 1st natural site classified in France... You will not miss a stroll on Paimpol, pretty marina animated all year round at 6 km, Tréguier at 19 km.

Nous étions quelques amis venus passer le jour de l’an à Ker Lodenna. Tout était parfait : l’espace, la déco, la vaisselle, la literie…Le gîte est spacieux et bien conçu.La propriétaire très conviviale et disponible.Le gîte est très bien situé, près du joli port de Paimpol.Nous reviendrons…

Nous sommes venus en famille et avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte.L'intérieur est très propre avec une jolie décoration. On ne peut que se sentir bien.Son emplacement est idéal : sentier côtier, embarcadère pour aller sur l'île de Bréhat : nous avons tout fait à pied.

Très chouette séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé, accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Gite très bien placé pour découvrir la côte, magnifiques points de vue et chemins de randonnée, certains accessibles à pied du gîte. Excellente literie, voisinage très calme, bref, je recommande à 100%
