Cosy and comfortable flat with garden and splendid view of the lake, in the heart of the historic centre of Varenna.



The flat is situated on the ground floor of a residential building and is surrounded by a well-kept garden furnished with a table and chairs from which to admire the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the past, this accommodation was the atelier of an artist and his works still decorate the room today. The entrance opens onto the open space that houses both the living and sleeping areas. The living room is complete with two armchairs, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle, dishwasher, juicer and toaster, while the sleeping area features a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, scenic and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Varenna, one of Lake Como's most popular tourist destinations thanks to its wealth of history, art and culture. Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi are among the village's most renowned points of interest, with their gardens, enchanting views and original furnishings. Varenna is also an ideal place for a lakeside stroll, with its famous old town with its characteristic alleys and the Lovers' Promenade, which connects the landing stage with the village. On the promontory above Varenna you can visit the Vezio Castle, dating back to the 2nd century BC, from which you can admire a 360-degree panorama. Nature is the backdrop of this area and through paths and walks, such as the Greenway of the Patriarchs and the Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer's Path), it is possible to immerse oneself in the discovery of views and landscapes rich in history. Connected to Menaggio and Bellagio by ferry service, Varenna is also easily accessible from Switzerland thanks to its central position on the eastern branch of Lake Como.


The flat is 600 m from the Varenna landing stage and 1 hour and 10 minutes' drive from Orio al Serio airport.
