Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel et propre et decoré avec goût
Place de parking dans la cour très appréciable en période estivale avec l’affluence des touristes
Seul bémol la vue sur le cimetière de la fenêtre de cuisine mais il suffit de fermer les Stores 😊

L appartement est idéalement situé dans le cœur du vieux Pouliguen. Cachet, commerces à proximité ainsi que les ballades ( plages, côte sauvage, bryere, villages). Il est clair, joliment décoré et avec un beau balcon.
La cuisine y est simplement légère pour réellement cuisiner.

L'emplacement, la déco propre, l'état neuf: très bien.
Il manque des produits de base à disposition comme un minimum de papier toilette, du sopalin au moins pour le 1er soir mais aussi Sel, poivre, sucre, huile, vinaigre.
