Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

We're waiting for you! The south-east-facing flat is composed as follows: - A 21 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (double).
There is no WiFi access. - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside: - A south-east-facing balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and the magnificent view.
For added convenience: barbecue, fan, iron.
The flat is ideally located in Leucate, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting surrounded by detached houses.
The Copa Cabana residence is surrounded by a pine forest with umbrella pines, which is very pleasant in summer.
You can also enjoy a moment of relaxation with the squirrels, which can come and eat nuts out of your hand.
In front of the residence you'll have access to a promenade along the seafront.
There is also a magnificent view of the Pyrenees to the rear.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Walks along the beach (4 km of beach joining various beaches such as Port-Leucate, Bacarès...) as well as in the pine forest. - Aquaparc for children nearby, with swimming pool and children's slides. - Relax on the beach or take part in water sports: sailing, diving, paddle boarding, boat trips, etc. - Visit Leucate: Port Leucate, Grotte des Fées, little train, hike to Cap Leucate, the Shellfish Centre, Leucate Village... - Discover the Vermeille coast, the Pyrenees and Spain. - Accrobranche, gym, Aqualande, Casino 2 km away. - Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Les Corbières, La Palme, Fort de Salses, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan...

Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et ont veillé à notre bien être , la résidence est située face à la mer, dans un cadre naturel magnifique entre lande et pinède.
La chambre était plus petite que nous nous sommes imaginés, mais le couchage était très bon .

Le logement est très bien situé, et calme, belle vue et nombreuses activité accessible à pied.
Les points faibles sont les remontées d’odeur des canalisations de la douche, qui est parfois très désagréable, ainsi que le store rouillé qui est assez difficile à fermer. Manque de porte manteaux et d’é...
