In La Giettaz, voted Savoie's most beautiful village 2023, we offer this charming 31 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate 2 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with smart TV (canal+, amazon prime), Wifi, connected speaker, mini video game console (2000 games) sofa and stand-up table. - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, electric citrus press... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV. - A shower room with Italian shower. - A separate toilet. Outside : - The apartment has two balconies, 6.24 m² and 7.46 m². On one of them you will find a small outside kitchen (plancha, cupboards) and a big standing meal.
You will be able to taste good dishes while enjoying a magnificent view on our mountains in a quiet place, without opposite. - A ski locker is located in the building next door. The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of the Alps, on the heights of a small village between La Clusaz (12,3 Km) and Megève (17,6 Km). You will enjoy an exceptional view on the Beaufortain, Aravis and Mont-Blanc mountains.
You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Private Alpine skiing lessons - Ski touring discovery trip - Snowboarding lessons - Sled dogs (initiation to driving) - Laser challenge with L'EST - Trail - Guided tours of farms - Torchlight descent followed by fireworks (in February) - Tobogganing area Transportation : - You can park directly in the private parking of the residence. - Buses are available nearby to get to the foot of the ski slopes or to access the other villages. - The car is recommended to get to the residence - Nearest train station : Annecy at 1h05 - Nearest airport : Geneva at 1h35 Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi at disposal, ADSL box. - Animals are allowed in the accommodation for free.
Only one animal accepted per stay. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Le Cerf des Alpages Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est calme, chaleureux et conforme à l’annonce. Le site de la giettaz est magnifique avec de très belle randonnée vue sur le mont blanc. Je recommande au amateurs de calme et de nature !

Le Cerf des Alpages "Très bonne location dans un endroit idyllique pour qui aime la montagne. Juste derrière, le col des Aravis, devant une magnifique vallée.
Très proche des endroits névralgique des Alpes.
Logement très fonctionnel et impeccable à notre arrivée. Bien équipé.
La personne s'occupant des arrivées et départ était très aimable et disponible.
