Newly renovated holiday apartment (50 square meters) on the second floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena), just a 3-minute walk away.

The main avenue of Cala Ferrera, with shops, restaurants, and parks, is only a 10-minute walk, and Cala D'or is 20 minutes away.

In front of the building you will find free public parking, a small supermarket with everything you need, and the public bus stop is just 3 minutes on foot. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people and it has 3 bedrooms in total (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.), 3 balconies, and a shared pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. You will find air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and self check-in (keys in a security box).

The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

A cot is available on request and for an additional fee per night, payable in cash.
