Villa Millianna Lux Seaview Apt and Mediterranean style is an exclusive ground-floor apartment with self-catering facilities in a two-story building, featuring a shared pool and barbecue area.
It offers fantastic sea views and is perfect for both romantic getaways and family holidays.
Ideally located less than 10 minutes from the airport (without airplane noise) and about 10 minutes from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, it is furnished to high standards and provides a quality aesthetic. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in. Villa Millianna is situated in the picturesque village of Kalligata, surrounded by fruit and olive trees that give the area a true Ionian feel.
Vineyards are all around, as this was once the home of the Kalligas winery, famous for its Robola wines.
You will see the white church used by both locals and holidaymakers, as well as a nearby playground ideal for younger guests.
Avithos Beach, with views of Zakynthos and Dia, is just a 15-minute walk away.
Here you will find two lovely beach bars and restaurants for refreshments. Access is easy by car, bicycle, or local transport, with a bus stop 10 minutes away on foot.
The location is also ideal for remote work, even during the winter season.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Millianna in Kalligata, Kefalonia. The whole property set up worked fantastically for us as a family and being 10 minutes from the airport was great. Alles hat gepasst. Die Küche hatte alles was man so braucht und die Lage ist fantastisch. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist wunderschön und sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen (15 Minuten). Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Gastgeberin Nikki ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wonderful stay at Villa Millianna. Niki was a fantastic host. Would recommend the villa for exploring the Island. A car is recommended to get the most of staying here.
