Villa "Leonie" – Your spacious holiday home on the Costa Blanca.
Villa "Leonie" is located in the hinterland of Denia and offers everything your heart desires: sea views, tranquility, and a large pool.
In front of the villa, a large south-facing terrace with a generous table for the whole family awaits you.
On the upper floor, you will find the large, open-plan kitchen (with a water filter for drinking water) and two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Also on this floor is the dining room with large windows offering dreamlike sea views.
Thanks to the air conditioning, it is very comfortable for meals on warmer days.
From here, you can also access the seating area by the pool with a beautiful view of the Orba Valley and the sea.
Here you can relax completely in the whirlpool – optionally bookable – and reach the 8x4m pool via 3 steps.
Also on this level is the lower floor with another living area with a TV and two more bedrooms, which can be both cooled and heated by the air conditioning units.
Here too, both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
In a separate room, you will find the washing machine, and the large clothesline is located below the house.
At the back of the garden, there is a quiet corner for sunbathing and relaxing.
The gas grill on the ground floor terrace completes the holiday experience.
In front of the house, there is a carport for one car and 1 parking space.
The rental price includes electricity consumption as per the rental agreement.
Excess consumption will be charged separately.
A security deposit is charged before arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided there is no damage.
A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price.
From July 1st to August 31st each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und is sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool, alle Räume klimatisiert und viele Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön und bietet viele Optionen für Ausflüge oder zum Wandern.
