Villa "Leonie"

Villa "Leonie" is located in the hinterland of Denia and offers everything your heart desires: sea views, tranquillity and a large pool.

In front of the villa is a large south-facing terrace with a large table for the whole family. On the upper floor is the large, open-plan kitchen (with water filter for drinking water) and two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), each with its own bathroom with shower. The dining room is also located here, with large windows offering a marvellous sea view. Thanks to the air conditioning, it can be used very well for meals on hotter days.



From here you can also access the seating area by the pool with a wonderful view of the Orba Valley and the sea. Here you can - optionally bookable - completely relax in the whirlpool and via 3 steps you reach the 8x4m pool.



Here is also the lower floor with another lounge with TV and two further bedrooms, which can be both cooled and heated with the air conditioning units. Here too, both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. In an adjoining room you will find the washing machine and the large rotary dryer is located below the house.



At the back of the garden is a quiet corner for sunbathing and relaxing. The gas barbecue on the ground floor terrace completes the holiday experience. And in front of the house there is a carport for one car and 1 parking space.



The rental price includes electricity consumption in accordance with the rental agreement. Any additional consumption will be charged separately.

A deposit will be charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.

A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price.

From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.

We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
