Located 300 meters from the beach, this pleasant studio apartment of approximately 22 square meters welcomes you to a private, secure, quiet, and beautifully landscaped residence.
It features a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (140cm) on a mezzanine, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate kitchen equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room opens onto a terrace with a lovely view of the windmill and the rooftops of Collioure.

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.

Serrure porte entrée accroche, réfrigérateur ancien plus de porte au freezer, pas d essoreuse à salade, pas de râpe, rien pour boucher l'évier, manque un peu de rangement
