Modern apartment with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna.
The recently renovated apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
The entrance opens into the finely furnished kitchen, complete with every comfort, including a dishwasher, oven, and espresso machine.
From here, a French door leads to the balcony overlooking the city.
An industrial-style door separates the kitchen from the living room, which is equipped with a double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area, with a maximum height of 1.40 meters (recommended for children only), is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet where the washing machine is also located.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. *The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). We recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
You will find all information regarding your booking in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Bologna, known as "la Dotta" (the Learned) for being home to the oldest university in the West, "la Grassa" (the Fat) for its culinary excellence, and "la Rossa" (the Red) for the color characterizing its historic center, is a marvelous city of art, culture, and commerce.
Its soul lies in its medieval historic center, one of the most extensive in Europe, rich with taverns, shops, and theaters, and characterized by nearly 40 km of porticoes.
In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval palaces perfectly blends with modernity.
Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings.
It's impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its culinary products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese ragu, accompanied by the renowned DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Full of exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round. The central train station is about 2 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

Recently renovated new apartment in Bologna’s historic center. The apartment is very nice inside and also has a very cool veranda that overlooks the city. The location is optimal. Only thing: you need to crouch a little to go to the bed, which was no problem for me.

Fantastic location, very responsive host, incredibly clean, great amenities and nicely furnished.Lovely outdoor balcony.I would echo some other reviews, make sure you understand how low the ceiling is in the bedroom. My partner and I are c.5ft7 and needed to crouch whilst bent fully over to get in and out of the room.Overall would definitely stay again.
