Modern and recently built villa located in the north of the island of Ibiza, in a quiet enclave in the mountains, surrounded by forest and only 2 km from the village of Sant Miquel de Balansat.

It has several terraces and gardens, as well as a splendid swimming pool magnificently illuminated at night. Around the pool there is a chilL-out area, barbecue, fitness equipment, covered porch with attached barbecue, outdoor shower, changing rooms and toilet.
Other services include: alarm, Wi-fi in all rooms and pool area, safes, air conditioning and ceiling fans, music systems with iPod connection (special equipment for pool area), security grills and satellite TV. The house has an emergency code assigned to it so that it can be quickly located in the event of needing the services of the police, fire brigade or doctors, and it is one of the very few houses in Ibiza with a defibrillator.
The outdoor area has large gardens on different levels. On the various terraces there are comfortable dining and living areas. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, or toast under the stars in the beautifully illuminated and intimate swimming pool. Leave the stress of everyday life behind you and enjoy the idyllic view of the fantastic landscape that surrounds you.
In the nearby village of Sant Miquel de Balansat (2,4 km) you will find shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy.
