The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas Range and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of three king-size rooms, and a single, along with a shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is a front multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Greenbank is the perfect base for a seascape to Devon. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: There are steep drops in the garden, please be mindful. Note: No Hen/Stag or similar parties allowed.
