This house for rent in Menorca is located in a very quiet, safe, family-friendly area, and only a few metres walk from the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana, as it has direct access to the path that leads to the beach and very close to the Camí de Cavalls.



Villa Asarel consists of three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, a terrace with beautiful views to the nature, air conditioning and Wifi. There is also a private parking space within the property.



You enter Villa Asarel via some stairs until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the flat, which is distributed on the same level. On the right hand side of the entrance hall there is a wide corridor where the bedrooms are located. At the end of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside area and the swimming pool. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. The living room is very cosy and has direct access to the balcony and the terrace where the swimming pool is located. The lounge is fully equipped with digital flat screen satellite TV and ceiling fan. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those summer evenings outdoors.



The first room is the master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer. The next double bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Next, we find the fully equipped bathroom with shower. Finally, we find the last double bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.



The outside of the house is accessed from the main entrance via stairs where we find the swimming pool and the terrace, an area to enjoy the outdoors with a table and chairs.



Villa Asarel is equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board for clothes, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and all the mandatory equipment according to current legislation. All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.




Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).




About 10 minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding places and all the unspoilt coves.

HOW TO GET THERE



From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3. Take the second exit and at the entrance you will find our office, which is usually the meeting point with the host.4. Take the third exit at the roundabout and go to Avinguda de sa Punta nº 17, which is where the villa is located.


From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)
