This rental house stands out for its comfort and, above all, for its location very close to the beach.
This holiday home in Menorca is located in a very quiet, safe, family-friendly area, just a few meters walk from the beautiful Cala Galdana beach, as it has direct access to the path that leads to the beach and is very close to the Camí de Cavalls.
Villa Asarel consists of three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, a terrace with beautiful nature views, air conditioning, and Wifi.
It also has a private parking space within the property.
You enter Villa Asarel via stairs to reach the main door, which opens into the apartment entrance, distributed on the same level.
To the right of the entrance hall, we find a spacious corridor where the bedrooms are located.
At the end of the corridor is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor area and the pool.
It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils.
Next is the very cozy living room with direct access to the balcony and the terrace where the pool is located.
The living room is fully equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV and a ceiling fan.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those outdoor summer evenings.
The first bedroom we find is the master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a full en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer.
The next double bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and air conditioning.
The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Next, we find the fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
Finally, we find the last double bedroom which consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning.
The exterior of the house is accessed from the main entrance through stairs where we find the pool and the terrace, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.
Villa Asarel is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite television, washing machine, ironing board and iron, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, as well as all mandatory equipment according to current legislation.
It also has a parking space.
All bed linen and a set of bath towels per person are included in the price.
A mid-week change of all used towels is provided, and sheets are changed and cleaned every 7 days. Cala Galdana is a beach with all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sun loungers, boat rentals, restaurants, etc.
The beach is ideal for small children who do not know or are learning to swim, as the sea does not get deep for the first 50 meters.
The urbanization has a family atmosphere, is very safe and quiet.
In its commercial area, there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicle rentals, kayaks, horseback riding, cycling, etc.
It is located in a natural environment, ideal for walking, for example, through the Barranc d'Aljendar or walking along the Camí de Cavalls to discover Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoiled Trebaluger Beach (45 min), or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).

The property was excellent spacious and the pool was perfect. The beaches nearby were fantastic with excellent snorkelling. There was a good selection of places to eat in walking distance and the property manager was very helpful and replied immediately. Overall it was a really great holiday

We have had a fantastic week in Casa Asarel. The location is perfect, quite and it's just a few minutes from the beach. It's a nice walk through the path. Pool was lovely! It was really clean and pleasant! The apartment was comfortable, it has all what you need to spent your holidays!
