Location:
Your accommodation is located in the quiet suburb of Bierstadt, the Hessian state capital, which attracts visitors with its cultural and leisure activities, as well as its picturesque old town "Schiffchen", the extensive spa gardens, the thermal springs, the Rhine shipping and many other sights. The town centre is only 3.0 km from your home and can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The same goes for the thermal baths. A parking guidance system makes it easier for you to find a parking space in the city centre.
Only a few hundred metres away from your accommodation, you will find all the important amenities and services in the centre of Bierstadt.
Both Wiesbaden and Mainz are designated as low emission zones. Your vehicle needs a green environmental badge to drive in these zones.

Features:
Whether dog or cat, two- or four-legged friend, everyone is welcome here. You all live in a spacious detached house with a terrace, garden and a large west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. You have 5 rooms that can be used as follows:
A large living room on the ground floor with a seating area, TV and access to the garden. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. A bedroom with a large double bed and access to the balcony, a room with a single bed, couch and TV, also with access to the balcony, and a small room with another bed. A small reading room and the bathroom with bathtub complete the first floor. On the ground floor there is also a functionally equipped kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) together with a small dining room and a small guest toilet.

Outdoor area:
On the terrace, the canopy of a small maple tree provides relaxing shade on hot days. The garden can of course also be used by your four-legged companions. However, it should be noted that there is only a border to one neighbour and no fence. There is a high wire mesh fence to the second neighbour, who keeps dogs himself.

Special features:
Your pets do not incur any additional costs with us, but food bowls are not provided. We provide the bed linen and towels, which are for humans only. A small, mobile barbecue is available on the terrace. We wish you a relaxing and eventful time.

Surroundings:
As an excursion destination, the Rheingau with its sprawling vineyards, many castles and the beautiful town of Eltville just outside the western gates of Wiesbaden, which can be reached by car in half an hour. Or, to the north, the Opel Zoo, which can also be reached in a good 30 minutes and which you can even visit with your four-legged friend. Other destinations with the same journey time include Frankfurt with the Palmengarten, the state capital Mainz on the other bank of the Rhine and much more. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. Whether near Schlangenbad, Bad Schwalbach or on the Großer Feldberg, many hiking trails lead through the beautiful Taunus and delight dogs, masters and mistresses. Quick morning and evening walks around the accommodation with your furry friends are no problem, as the next field is just 50 metres away, inviting your four-legged friends to sniff and run around.

Payment for bookings made at short notice:
If the booking is made less than 14 days before the day of arrival and a bank transfer has not been made or is not possible by the time of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay cash on site when moving in. Otherwise it is not possible to occupy the holiday home.
