The flat can be booked and occupied as normal. The associated parking space in the underground car park is also not affected by this.

Welcome to our "Viking View" holiday flat!

The holiday flat was newly renovated in 2013 and is open, modern and above all cosy.

It is located on the 7th floor of the Viking Tower and when you enter the flat you immediately notice the magnificent view over the Schlei, the harbour and the Möweninsel.

In the entrance area there is a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and a shower area on the left.

After entering the flat, you are already in the middle of the spacious living area with loft character.

Here, the open-plan kitchen with free-standing cooking island and adjoining dining table invites you to cook for you and your loved ones and spend a nice evening.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, coffee machine (capsules) and microwave.

The spacious, bright living area has an armchair and two three-seater sofas. Perfect for relaxing in comfort and enjoying the wonderful view.

Smart TV, Bluetooth box and WiFi are available.

Another special feature is the sleeping area located on a platform.

Thanks to the elevation, you have a direct view over the Schlei and Seagull Island even when lying down.

The sleeping area can be separated in no time at all with the help of sliding glass elements.

In the flat there are several storage options such as built-in cupboards, wardrobes and shelves that you can use for this purpose.

Are you travelling by car?

No problem!

You will have access to the lockable underground car park belonging to the Wikingturm.

This property is a non-smoking flat. However, it is possible to smoke on the covered loggia.
