Hatte Bedenken wegen des Lärms von der Straße, stellte sich als unproblematisch heraus. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich für zwei Personen, und eine voll ausgestattete Küche erleichterte das Kochen von Mahlzeiten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war angenehm, ideal für einen Morgenkaffee beim Zuhören der Wellen.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in der Bretagne fühlte sich dieser Platz viel heimischer an mit seiner privaten Terrasse. Allein die Lage macht es wertvoll.
