Sitges Spaces Beachside Retreat represents a perfect combination of tranquility and harmony together with the comfort of an ideal location in the more upscale residential area of Vinyet/Terramar, just a few blocks from the popular center beaches and only a few minutes walk to the center of Sitges.
For those guests who value their tranquility while on vacation or for temporary staycations/workations, this accommodation is the perfect choice! It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and therefore an ideal space for families or groups of friends / colleagues who require ample space.
The feeling when entering the house is one of total peace and tranquility mainly due to the natural light that enters through the many windows together with the natural vegetation that surrounds the property and that produces a perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
Despite being next to the beach, it gives the feeling of being surrounded by a forest with all the tranquility and freshness that it transmits! All the rooms of the house are in perfect proportion, with the living / dining room being the space to unite everyone in a comfortable and spacious environment next to a large terrace of about 20M2 (200 Sq. Feet) that is perfect for enjoying meals or have a drink while contemplating the surrounding area that transmits a feeling of total relaxation.
And when the time comes to go to the beach, there is nothing better than knowing that in a few steps from the house you can enjoy the best beaches in Sitges, without logistical concerns of where to park, etc., as everything is close at hand! The distribution of the flat offers one room with a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace offering beautiful garden views from the room.
Additionally, there are three other bedrooms (one of them with two single beds, and the other two with a single bed for each.
Moreover, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room where two other people can sleep, increasing the capacity to a total of 8 people (6 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed). There are two large bathrooms with built-in showers and an independent and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating thru natural gas radiators providing a perfect temperature for guests at any time of the year! As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately.
A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price.
For stays of more than one month, cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest.
This monthly cleaning service is mandatory and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€/Pet/Month (maximum 300€/pet/stay). According to recent regulatory changes at the end of 2025 (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya) this apartment can only be rented for reasons of Holidays/Vacations, Recreation and Leisure and guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract and subject to provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance. Guests will also be required to pay an additional security deposit (calculated based on the length of stay) which by law must be deposited with the Catalan Land Institute (Incasol) and will be returned within 30 days after departure.
Guest will also be required to confirm that this is not their primary residence.
We regret any inconvenience for this additional bureaucracy but compliance is mandatory by the Catalunya State Government.
